Very soft stones are sometimes treated with a resin or polish that prevents the beads from damage. When I bought these beads, it wasn't stated that they had been treated (previous batches were not). Not wanting these beads to go to waste, knowing they have a beautiful appearance and message of their own to share, I was guided to create this mālā as part of my latest 'serene green' drop. Despite the coating on these stabilised beads, I still feel their vibration and message but I am offering a reduced price for it given the treatment on the stones.

To keep this mālā light in the hand, I have included 8mm Tulsi beads for their beautiful tactile feel and warmth, as well as Tulsi being a symbol of the Divine Feminine.

This mālā feels like one of feminine power, soft and snakey serpentine directs your attention to the places you might have overlooked, taking you deeper into your own awareness. I feel the energy of this one weaving through time and space to locate the parts of yourself you have forgotten. This mālā has a gentle flowing energy, I see tributaries to bigger streams, roots moving through soil and the great sky serpents soaring overhead. Jasper acts as the anchor, offering felt presence and studious attention, helping you to stay grounded and in conscious awareness.

FANCY JASPER (multi-coloured, green, red, orange, lilac, brown)

Jasper comes in many forms, ‘fancy’ or ‘rainbow’ jasper refers to the multi-coloured variety. It is also known as Indian Agate. Jaspers are nurturing, grounding stones, beneficial for connecting to the Earth’s energy, for dream recall and shamanic journeying. They also assist in clear and quick thinking, helping to organise thoughts, stimulating the imagination and putting ideas into action. It calms fear and worries we may have about the past or future, allowing enjoyment and appreciation for the present moment. It steadies us in the now.

SERPENTINE (light to dark green, light versions are known as Infinite stone )

Connecting to the Earth, useful in meditation and spiritual exploration, it helps retrieve forgotten wisdom and brings forth understanding of past lives. Helps to complete the healing process from past lives that ended before this healing could take place. Useful when feeling out of control, it balances and assists in the conscious direction of energy to areas that need attention. It also awakens and assists in the rise of kundalini energy - our source of life force that is depicted as a snake coiled up in the base chakra. It moves up the spine activating each chakra and creating a flow of energy vital for good health on every level. It also promotes compassion and forgiveness.

RIVERSTONE (aka fossilstone, creamy)

Riverstone is made from the fossilised material of a riverbed. It therefore holds the energy of water and earth. It can be soothing, gentle, stabilising and calming, or it can be an accelerator of change, sweeping away anything in its path with great power and ease. It is easily programmable, as water is, so it is important to imprint it with an intention to give it direction. It will easily imprint with the energy of any mantra that you use it for. It is versatile and full of wisdom, holding the frequency of ancient earth in its structure too.
