Tending to the needs of the mind and body, offering deep rest and restoration, all Solis Sessions help you to cultivate a compassionate relationship to the self.

It's the most important relationship we have. Our body and our minds are our home. It is my hope that through each offering, I can help you tend to your inner light, strengthen your sense of self worth and empower you to feel deeply connected to your intuition.

  • Solis Holistic Facial

    Focussed on nervous system regulation, the Solis Facial is tailored to your individual needs. Centred around massage, we work on the somatic level to release tension from the fascia and muscles, stimulating blood and lymphatic flow. Every muscle of the face is involved in our emotional expression so the patterns of stress are etched into the face but rarely addressed through other body or healing work. Skin is also a mirror of our stresses and struggles. These sessions are intended to bring you into a place of deep relaxation and safety where the body can release what it is holding.

  • Blended Sessions

    For when you just don't want it to end! These blended sessions incorporate reiki, sound healing with singing bowls (or both) with my signature Solis Facial for a deeper relaxation experience.Sound and Reiki are wonderful modalities for recalibrating the body's vibrational state to one of harmony and balance and paired with somatic facial massage, this takes your self care to the next level.

  • Sound Healing

    Sound Healing is a powerful and very tangible form of energy healing - as sound waves can actually be felt as well as heard. The various frequencies of the my crystals and Himayalan singing bowls help to break up stagnant energy for release and through sympathetic resonance and entrainment, recalibrate the body's vibration back into harmonic balance. The experience is gentle, relaxing and supportive to the nervous system often inducing a deep level of rest.

  • Reiki Healing

    Reiki restores flow to the body by raising the vibrational frequency of 'dense' or stagnant energy to bring about a more coherent state. It can help clear the energetic causes for a whole spectrum of conditions - emotional, mental or physical - which can bring healing on every level. Reiki activates the body's own intelligent healing mechanisms and is often a peaceful and restorative experience. In person and distant sessions are available.

Holistic Facials

A holistic facial focuses on the whole body experience. Every muscle of the face responds and informs the brain of our emotional state, holding emotional energy which becomes physical tension in the muscles. The whole body also maps onto the face and so stimulating an area on the face has a positive effect on the corresponding area of the body. In this way, it truly is a holistic experience. I work in a slow and considered way to create feelings of trust and safety so you fully relax and rest in the experience.

Reiki

Reiki restores flow to the body by raising the vibrational frequency of 'dense' energy to bring about a more coherent state. Energy stagnates or becomes 'dense' when there is unprocessed trauma or emotion. Over time, if feelings aren't fully felt, expressed and worked through, these stagnations can become a 'blockage' in the flow of energy. Reiki can be 'sent' over time and space, not constrained by these concepts as it is a quantum life force energy. Therefore Reiki has no contraindications and can be received at a distance or in person. Sessions happen fully clothed and are often a very relaxing experience although emotional release can occur.

Sound Healing

I work with 432hz quartz crystal singing and bowls which can be programmed to radiate and amplify other crystals' energy. And I also work with Himalayn singing bowls made with seven metals for a rich and grounding multi-tonal sound. It is important to know that there are some contraindications for sound healing - epilepsy or any seizure producing conditions, hearing conditions, pacemakers, severe mental health conditions and the first and third trimester of pregnancy. If you are unsure of your suitability, please consult your medical practitioner.
